Scarce.

Very few records in the UK.
Formerly known only from East Anglia, with records from Cambridgeshire in June 1975 and 1976.

New for Norfolk in May 2017 when a male was trapped at Crostwight Common (Mick A'Court, 15/05/17, Gen. Det.)

The larvae feed under the bark of Ash.

Very similar to several other of the Pammene genus, specimens must be retained for confirmation.
