Adult very similar to other Nepticulidae.

Leaf-mine: June-July. Aug-Oct.
S-shaped mine, usually within the confines of two veins. often found in 'green islands' in fallen leaves.

Verification Grade Comment: Adults must be reared and/or Gen. Det. to confirm.

Determination by Genitalia Examination (gen. det.) Required
