Norfolk status
Scarce.
Mostly coastal in distribution in southern England from Norfolk to Cornwall.

Possibly under-recorded as mine is almost invisible, so seldom encountered. Adults may be obtained by beating gorse bushes.

Leaf-mine: September - May.
A rarely found mine on Gorse. The larva feeds in the epidermis of thinner stems and causes slight blistering.

Verification Grade Comment: Grade 4 if not on foodplant.

	Mine: Moth needs to be reared and, in some cases, possibly dissected.
