Norfolk status
Discovered in Britain in 1996, easily confused with other Bactra species.

Specimens of Bactra lancealana showing two short blackish sub-apical streaks are potentially this species and should be checked by reference to the genitalic structure.

New for Norfolk in 2019, when a male was trapped near Burnham Market on 23/08/19 (K. Kerr) A female was also trapped at Titchwell RSPB (J. Swalwell, 25/08/19, Gen. Det. K. Kerr, Confirmed J. Clifton)
