Rare migrant.

A rare migrant species, with only a small number of records, mainly from the southern counties of England.

New for Norfolk when a female was trapped at Overstrand in 2017 (G. Bond, 30/06/17, Gen. Det. J. Clifton)

First record for VC28 in 2019 at Hunstanton (J. Barker, 05/07/19, Gen. Det. K. Kerr) plus two further specimens at Holme Dunes.

No evidence of breeding in the UK.
