Norfolk status
Rare immigrant.
Only two confirmed Norfolk records.

Suspected first immigrant record to the UK at West Runton (19th Sept 1960), and Winterton Dunes NNR (25th Oct 1990, D. Hipperson) There is also a couple of dubious unconfirmed records from the Broads (1987)

Also known as the African Cotton Leafworm.

Has been accidentally imported to the UK on several occasions with cultivated plants, particularly Chrysanthemums.

Retained Specimen / Photograph will be Required.

Recorded in 2 (3%) of 74 10k Squares.
First Recorded in 1960.
Last Recorded in 1990.
