Regular immigrant.
Quite variable in colour, and can be confused with the Turnip moth.

Often shows a characteristic longitudinal silvery grey crest on the thorax, giving the appearance of a silver Mohican hair cut!

English name from the semi-translucent hindwing with a pearly sheen.
