C. G. Barret (Trans. N&NNS. 1. 1874. supp. 26) "populata, Bkh. Cawston, Barton Bendish, Lynn; I long hesitated to include this Northern species in our list, but the sight of an undoubted specimen taken by Mr. Atmore of Lynn, has decided the point."
