Norfolk status Scarce. Restricted to woodlands with field maple on a chalky strata. Unmistakable, although poorly marked specimens could be overlooked as Maiden's Blush.
Old Victorian records and just three modern-day records. Unfortunately all three modern-day records lack any supporting evidence, no photos or specimens are available to confirm the records. I have provisionally included these records in the database as misidentification is presumed unlikely.
Specimen or photo must be retained to confirm any future sightings!
Retained Specimen / Photograph will be Required.
