Widespread and common in Poplar plantations and woodland.

One of three British 'kittens' found in Norfolk. Usually larger than Sallow Kitten, with the outer margin of the median fascia black and more evenly curved.

Recorded in 60 (81%) of 74 10k Squares.
First Recorded in 1873.
Last Recorded in 2023.
