Norfolk status
A scarce species in Britain, occurring in certain southern English counties.

The females are wingless, males are fully winged and rather dull brown in appearance.

New for Norfolk in 2014/15 when larval cases (originally incorrectly identified as Dahlica lichenella) were found along the Peddars Way in VC28 and bred out, with both male and female specimens emerging. (S. Youngs, July 2015)
Also another female bred from case found at Shotesham in 2015 (A. Musgrove, 22/05/15) VC27 First.
