Norfolk status
Widespread, variable moth.
Grassland, open woodland, fens, vegetated shingle and scrub.
Two main forms of this species occur regularly. f. obscura resembles a number of other species. The typical form is more well-marked but similar to Pale-shouldered Brocade (Lacanobia thalassina)
